Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Elara Voice services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Elara Voice provides AI-powered voice and chat agent services for businesses, including but not limited to:
- AI phone answering and call handling
- WhatsApp and social media chat automation
- Appointment booking integration
- Multilingual customer support automation
2. Subscription Plans
Elara Voice offers three subscription plans:
- Starter — 499 SAR/month: Includes AI phone answering, WhatsApp, website chat, Arabic + English, 2,000 free messages, and 500 voice minutes.
- Professional — 1,499 SAR/month: Includes everything in Starter plus Google Calendar booking, 40+ languages, 5,000 free messages, and 2,000 voice minutes.
- Elara Signature — 3,499 SAR/month: Includes all channels, 12,000 free messages, 6,000 voice minutes, and priority support.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Extra minutes are charged at the rate specified in your plan.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new clients. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or discontinue use of the service.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and STC Pay. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Elara Voice services to:
- Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of third parties
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information for agent setup
- Ensuring the AI agent content complies with applicable laws
- Obtaining necessary consents from their customers for AI interactions
- Keeping their contact information up to date
8. Limitation of Liability
Elara Voice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology associated with Elara Voice are our exclusive property. Clients retain ownership of their business data and conversation history.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or WhatsApp.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Jeddah.
